Internationally-accredited City of Beavercreek Police Department accepting applications for full-time Police Officer. Open to OPOTA-certified and non-certified applicants. Non-certified candidate to be hired as Police Recruit; sworn in as Police Officer upon successful completion of police academy and passing State certification exam. Must be 21 years old at time of appointment to Police Officer.
Starting wage for certified candidate commensurate with full time experience at full service law enforcement agency ($31.69-$37.15/hr).
Starting wage for non-certified candidate while attending police academy: $23.77/hr ($31.69/hr at time of appointment to Police Officer).
Police Officer Compensation Range: $31.69-$42.63/hr
